Post 6: English Language Challenges.

I must say that the course was not very pleasant for me, mainly because the base of my English is not very good, added to the fact that I moved from the city and it was difficult for me to follow the course. However, it is something I am bound to go through sooner or later.

Regarding the use of blogs, I find it hard to understand how it turns out to be something educational and stimulating for learning the English language. I can get the idea, but I also think that there may be more stimulating, didactic and intensive ways of learning to use words.

The most difficult aspect of the English language for me is, in general, to communicate something. I am able to understand better what they say or write to me than doing it in front of another person. Although I'm not saying I'm very good at understanding, I'm worse at expressing. I find it difficult to formulate sentences grammatically and orally, which I must develop step by step.

Outside of English classes I try to talk to people whose main language is English, like Americans or Australians, I also watch videos and series in English and test myself to see if I can understand.
